Ministry Description
My heart for ministry is to teach people to reach their own generation and culture with the Gospel of Christ. I have the opportunity to do this by equipping and teaching students to know the Word of God for themselves in order to share it with other people. My role is part of the Student Life ministry at the Bible Institute property in Hungary. I will be able to serve by filling needs in student discipleship, administrative support, children's camp ministries, and local church ministries. Testimony I grew up in a Christian home surrounded by people who loved and served the Lord. Although I was saved from my sins at a young age, I grew up with a wrong understanding of God's love for me. I tried to earn favor with God by pursuing a religion of learning facts rather than seeking a relationship with God. Once someone took the time to teach me how to read the Bible for myself, I realized my errors and finally developed a relationship of fellowship with God. I committed my life to the Lord's calling of ministry when I was 12 years old, and God reminded me of my prayer to Him during my time at the Bible Institute. He renewed my passion for the lost and for teaching people how to know Him. He has confirmed my calling over and over again through His faithfulness in opening doors to ministry! Life Verse Matthew 5:14-16 "You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." |
